We ate at a branch of the famous Kobe restaurant Misono.  They claim to have invented what we know in the U.S.A. as Teppan-Yaki, a style of Japanese food prepared at your table on a grill.  There's no fancy show, just serious Japanese cooking.  Of course, we had the Kobe beef!
