Machu Picchu, Peru 2006

The end of the train line to Machu Picchu is here -- Aguas Calientes.  You get off the train and cross a footbridge across the Urubamba River.  The town gets its name from the hot springs here, but there's not a lot else to do here except eat and shop for souvenirs.  Maybe that's why the Peruvian government has renamed the town "Machu Picchu Pueblo".
