| This is the finest Gothic building in Wurzburg, the Marienkapelle (St. Mary's Chapel). It was built between 1377-1479 but had to have major reconstruction after the bombing in 1945. It houses several works byTilman Riemenschneider and the tomb of the great baroque architect Balthasar Neumann. |
