| A prime example of Gothic architecture, the Regensburg Cathedral is dedicated to St. Peter. It is the seat of the Catholic diocese of Regensburg. A church has stood here since around 700 but after burning twice in the 12th century, it was rebuilt starting from 1273 in this High Gothic style. |
