Frenchman Thomas Voeckler (Team Brioches La Boulangere) rides past our position in the "Maillot Jaune" or Yellow Jersey.  It was the 10th day in a row he wore this jersey, but it was his last as it was on this stage (15) that Lance Armstrong blew past him in the general classification.  Lance would not relinquish the jersey again in 2004.
