We saw Lance Armstrong's right-hand man, George Hincapie in Valréas during the 2004 Tour de France.  He was America's premier Classics rider in 2001 , and he often pulls Lance in the Tour de France.  You can see his many accomplishments on his website http://www.hincapie.com .
