| Randy on the bridge leading to Dubrovnik's Pile Gate which dates from 1537. Above the arch of the gate set in a niche is a statue of the city's patron saint, St. Blaise. In olden days, the drawbridge was lifted each evening and the keys were given to the prince until morning. |
