| The Pacific Roosterfish has a comb-like dorsal fin and a couple of very pronounced stripes, one running along the lateral line to the tail, and the other remaining in the midsection. They are great fighters, but don't make for good eating. That's our guide John Olson helping me hold it as it is still very lively (we released it after the photo). |
