| I hauled in this beautiful Dorado which we enjoyed for dinner that night. It is a terrific tasting fish, white and light meat. Spanish for "golden," the Dorado is also known as the Dolphinfish or Mahimahi. It is an exciting fish to angle for because of its aerial acrobatics (See Video). |
