| Inside Dilmun burial mounds is a central stone chamber which contain one burial. Larger mounds often contain several chambers. The deceased were generally laid with their head in the alcove end of the chamber and laying on their right side. A few items such as pottery, ivory objects or copper weapons are often frequently found inside as well. |
