It was an overcast, intermittently drizzling day in Hue - but that didn't lessen the impact of the Flag Tower announcing our arrival at Hue's Imperial City. Many flags have flown here during Vietnam's turbulent history, and Vietnam's flag flying here is a national symbol. |
