Hanoi 2007

Ever ordered a hot pot or clay pot in a Vietnamese restaurant?  These are the real deals!  Set up by vendors on busy corners, the pots are filled with chicken, beef or fish and vegetables.  Each has it's own charcoal bed which is fanned to increase the flames using what looks like a hair dryer.  The meat is cooked quickly in its own juices, and for 30,000 dong ($1.75) you've got their version of tasty fast food!
