Norma's restaurant (inside Le Parker Meridien) sports upscale décor as well as the "Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata".  Ok, it doesn't cost a zillion dollars, but $1,000 is still pricey for brunch in Manhattan.  What do you get for a grand?  Eggs, Lobster, and about 10 ounces of Beluga caviar!
