| We had an incredible meal at Buck's T-4 with the Hochman family and Carson Reichert. Among the Entrees we ate were Duck, Pheasant, Pan-Seared Elk Chop, New Zealand Red Deer, Rack of Lamb, and Bison Tenderloin, all prepared wonderfully in a rustic setting -- a very memorable meal. |
