Las Vegas was a great place to finish up our trip to the Parks & Canyons of the Western USA. We decided just stay a couple of nights to eat and see some shows. We started here at what used to be the old Barbary Coast Hotel. Reborn as The Cromwell, it features a hot new rooftop club (Drai's) and a brand new restaurant from Giada De Laurentiis.
