| We had a great meal at Charlie Trotter's Restaurant in
Chicago to celebrate Pam's birthday. We met some new friends at
dinner and afterward we had the pleasure of meeting Charlie Trotter and
his mother who gave us a personal tour of the facilities, including the
test kitchen (where his television cooking shows are filmed) and the main
