We had a blast with our friends Yannette and Tom Edwards at this restaurant in San Francisco's Laurel Heights neighborhood.  Spruce serves Comtemporary American cuisine and showcases only the freshest, local and organically grown produce as well as naturally raised meats, line-caught fish and perfectly aged cheeses.
