The inside of the Encounter Restaurant was actually designed by a Walt Disney Imagineering team.  It is a kind-of retro futuristic look that is very unique.  The 360 degree view out over the airport allows you a fabulous vantage point to watch the planes.  The view in this photo got washed out, but you can see a virtual 360 tour HERE.
