Pam stands in front of Dolly's House (established in 1919), the focal point of Creek Street's multiple houses of prostitution.  Today, it is a sort of museum - you can see one of the "ladies" in the doorway.  She invites passers-by to come in and get an idea of what it was once like to visit the brothel.
