Tahiti 2007

There is a bit of a carnival-like atmosphere at Les Roulottes.  Alan is enjoying the most typical dish here, Steak & Frites (steak served over french fried potatoes).  Randy's favorite dish here was "Poisson Cru", a Tahitian-style salad of fresh raw tuna marinated in lime juice and served with cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes in a kind of coconut cream sauce.
