Pam stands inside Stadshuset in the Blå Hallen (Blue Hall).  It is in this room that the annual Nobel Prize dinner takes place.  It is called the Blue Hall because the architect originally planned to paint the bricks blue, but as it was built he liked how it turned out and decided not to paint it!
