At a Tapas bar on La Rambla in Barcelona, Pam and I enjoy a sampling.  Tapa means "lid" owing to the way a small plate of complementary appetizer was served on top of your drink in the past.  Nowadays, they're no longer free, but the portions are larger.  If there's one particular item that strikes your fancy, you can order a "racion" -- a large portion of that item.
