| This is Plaça de Sant Jaume, the stately central square of the Barri Gòtic in Barcelona. The building with the three flags is the Barcelona City Hall. The square is handsomely outfitted with ironwork streetlamps and the surrounding buildings have ironwork balconies, often adorned with plants. |
