Pam demonstrates the proper technique for eating Polish Sausage: cut off a piece and put it in your mouth, take a bite of bread, and wash it down with a slug of fine Polish beer (in this case, Zywiec -- pronounced ZHIH-vyets).  Don't forget those dill pickles!
