Dining at Gantley's Restaurant was a memorable experience.  The restaurant is set in an historic schist building dating from 1863, built as a wayside inn and surrounded by 2 acres of landscaped gardens amidst majestic mountain scenery.  Everything was perfect - that's the New Zealand rack of lamb in front of Randy.
