Budva, Montenegro

One of the most famous churches in Budva is the Catholic Church of St. John, the seat of the diocese until 1828.  It is not clear when the church was built.  The bell tower is on the north side, finished in 1867 similar to Dalmatian belfries of the period. The south building behind Andrea first served as the bishop's palace.  It has a rustic neo-Gothic style with Gothic windows.
