Japanese school children come to Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima on field trips -- there were hundreds in the park on the beautiful day we visited.  Many approached us, asked where we were from and asked for us to sign their books.  Then they each gave us a hand-made greeting card with their name, hometown, and their drawing as a peace offering.
