Ireland 2003

The preferred lubricant in every pub in Ireland -- Guinness Stout.  It is a dark brew made with roasted malt and is only correctly served in a pint.  Brewed on a 60-acre spread in Dublin, the thick stuff maintains a nice frothy topping for quite a long time -- prompting the marketing moniker:  "Guinness -- Keeps it's Head!"
