This photo of Akureyri was taken just after 4 in the morning (at nearly 66 degrees north latitude, they receive 21 hours of sunshine daily at this time of year).  You can see their new concert hall just to the left of Randy's head - the round gray building clad in a special variety of Icelandic granite called Studlaberg.
