| This room is the Hall of Knights and served as the dining hall. The long table is an unattached plank which servants could replace with each course using another pre-set plank. On the left is the "outhouse" which could be locked from the outside because the toilet - which simply hangs over thin air - was a potential weak point in the castle's defenses. |
