| The big white barn-like building behind Pam is St. Katharinenspital (St. Catherine's Hospital) in Regensburg. It was established as a public hospital in 1220 but today is a retirement home. We're here to visit the Spitalgarten (on the left), the hospital's famous beer garden! What a great country Germany is -- they know how to take care of their elderly! |
