St. Emilion 2011

The fabulous gourmet restaurant at Hostellerie de Plaisance will not disappoint.  The high ceilings with exposed beams are part of the palate that chef Phillipe Etchebest to create works of art that are as beautiful as they are delicious. His signature dish, lasagna of foie gras pan fried with forest mushrooms and black truffle emulsion, is to die for!
