| There are so many areas within the gardens of the Palace of Versailles to explore. This area is known as the Bosquet de la Colonnade, and features a circular arched double peristyle, with 32 arches and 28 fountains. The statue at the center is the Abduction of Persephone and was set in place in 1696. |
