| After leaving the Musee du Louvre, we head toward the Tuileries garden and pause for a photo with the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel. Half the size of the more famous Arc de Triomphe in Place du Charles de Gaulle, it was commissioned in 1806 to commemorate Napoleon's military victories of the previous year. |
