French Cooking Classes 2006

Moutas is the name given to this authentic 18th Century, 3-story stone "mas" (Provençal farmhouse) owned by David and Anne Reinauer.  Four times each year, they host "French Cooking Classes: A Week in Provence".   The course is a fantastic opportunity to experience a spectacular region of France and truly engage in the life, culture and cuisine of the country.  Located in the southeastern part of the country known as "Haute-Provence" (between Marseille and Lyon), this gem of a cooking school operates in a timeless era.
