| In order to experience how a great olive oil is produced, students of the French Cooking Classes visit this olive mill owned and operated by the Ramade family for more than a century. The olives used come from orchards nearby here in Nyons, and products made here include olives, olive oil, and tapenades (savoury spreads made with pureed olives).
