French Cooking Classes 2006

In order to experience how a great olive oil is produced, students of the French Cooking Classes visit this olive mill owned and operated by the Ramade family for more than a century.  The olives used come from orchards nearby here in Nyons, and products made here include olives, olive oil, and tapenades (savoury spreads made with pureed olives).  Visit the Ramade family website here.
