| El Capitolio is quite a grand building. It is actually a little taller and a little longer than ours in Washington, D.C. -- but it certainly hasn't been kept up as well. The closer you get, the more you can see the degree of decay. In fact, the building has been closed for repair since 2010, and there is no opening date in sight. |
