| At the center of Rovinj atop the hill on the peninsula is the impressive Cathedral of St. Euphemia. The bell tower stands 180 feet tall and was modeled after St. Mark's bell tower in Venice. At the top is a copper statue of St. Euphemia dating to 1758 which acts as a weather vane. |
