Pula

The Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary was originally built in Pula in the 6th century and enlarged in the 10th century.  A late Renaissance façade was added in the early 16th century.  The belfry in front of the church was built around 1700 with stones taken from the Arena.
