| Those brown things hanging from the tree are the nests of the Oropendola birds. We were told that they get their name from the bright golden-yellow (oro) feathers of the tail and the way they build their pendulous nests. You can barely make out one of the birds on the outside of the nest, third from the bottom-right - a brown body with a yellow tail. |
