Luk Yu Teahouse in Hong Kong's Central District is a living museum.  There are handsome carved wooden doors, hardwood paneling, marble facings, and spittoons (which customers use with gusto!).  Waiters wear traditional Chinese uniforms, and the specialty of the house is Dim Sum.  Yum!!
