| This is the grounds of the Amankora Punakha Lodge. The two story traditional Bhutanese farmhouse serves as the main building with common areas while the lodge rooms are behind. There are no roads to the lodge, you gain access by crossing the Mo Chhu river on the footbridge (lower-left) and either hike up or take the complimentary electric cart. Quite a unique experience! |
