| Just down from Albert Hall is Launceston's City Park, established in the 1820's. The parks attractions include many gardens, a conservatory, a band stand, a duck pond, a children's playground, and the Tasmanian Design Center. There is also Monkey Island, which houses a group of macaques, and a number of memorials and statues. |
