| This is the one and only path to climb up to the top of Ayers Rock. The Aboriginal owners of Uluru don't prohibit climbing, but they do discourage it as the site does have spiritual significance to them. A local Aborigine was once heard to say, "Why would anyone want to climb it? There's no food or water up there!" |
