| Randy stands in front of the Alice Springs branch of the Royal Flying Doctor Service. The service is still a very big part of life in the Outback and Northern Territory as the land is vast and sparsely populated. When someone needs medical attention, the RFDS is contacted by phone or radio and dispatches specially designed aircraft to assist the patient(s). |
