We went to what some consider the best parrilla in Buenos Aires -- Cabaña Las Lilas.  A parrilla is a barbeque restaurant, but not the kind of barbecue we think of in the United States.  This type of restaurant specializes in broiling meats, often out in the open where diners can watch.
